Y Not organisers 'hopeful' popular Derbyshire festival will go ahead after PM's roadmap announcement

The team behind the rock and indie festival, which was pulled last year due to the pandemic, hailed the ‘incredibly positive update’ from the PM this week.
They said they were ‘hopeful’ Y Not could therefore go ahead as planned on June 21, with a line-up already in the works.

Hide Ad"Of course the situation is constantly changing as these ‘no earlier than’ dates show, but even if we were told for definite that we cannot go ahead, ticket buyers can rest assured as all tickets are refund and rollover guaranteed,” said a spokesperson.
"In the meantime we are working very hard to get plans finalised and a lineup announced ASAP.”
The festival is held at Pikehall, in the Derbyshire Dales. Previous headliners have included Frank Turner and De la Soul.
