Donovan Wilson scored the only goal of the game on 35 minutes, firing low across Spireites goalkeeper Grant Smith from inside the area.

Hide AdSutton remain top of the National League and are six points ahead of second-placed Hartlepool United.
“I felt we dominated that first half, I thought we were outstanding,” Gray said.
“We outworked them, we outran them, the organisation to press to get the ball back and to create those chances, I thought we were excellent.
“When called upon Dean Bouzanis made an excellent save but that was the only chance they have had, apart from long throws and going direct in the last 10-15 minutes which we managed to weather and see the well deserved result through.”

Hide AdChesterfield brought on another striker at half-time with Nathan Tyson replacing Tom Whelan. Gray said he expected the hosts to either change personnel or their style of play but he was pleased with how his side dealt with that threat.
“In the second half I thought we were very good as well I thought we continued where we left off,” he added.
“We had watched their previous three or four games so we knew their system, we knew what they were going to be about and we managed to deal with them well.
“They have been on a really good run and they are certainly strong at home so to come here and put in a performance like that I am really pleased.
