How John Pemberton plans on getting Chesterfield striker Mike Fondop to "hit the ground running" after suspension ends
and live on Freeview channel 276
Fondop was sent off for violent conduct after the final whistle against Sutton United on January 4 and was subsequently hit with a three-match ban.
When the forward is back available for selection against Wrexham on February 8 the 26-year-old will have been out for more than a month.

Pemberton, who rates Fondop very highly, wants him to be sharp when he returns.
"I have got to keep him fit and keeping him fit is by playing games,” Pemberton said.
"When he is available again, if he is selected, I want him to hit the ground running.

"I am glad when we get him back in the fold and then he has got to work hard to get back in the fold.
"But what I don't want is for him to miss three games and hardly play any games and then we are starting again and he needs another two games so that is why I wanted to play him the other day (against Staveley).”
Admission at Ilkeston will cost £3 for adults while under-16s are eligible for free admission. Car parking is free.
