Macauley Lee Beastall, 19, of Lord Haddon Road, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Sean Francis Grant, 43, of Wood Street, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to failing to give a specimen. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Disqualified from driving for three years.
