Man jailed after police find 100 cannabis plants at Chesterfield house
A man has been sent to a young offender institution for two years after finding more than 100 cannabis plants at a house in Chesterfield.
Khanh Van Duong, aged 20, pleaded guilty to production of cannabis and was sentenced at Derby Crown Court on Thursday, September 22.
Police raided a house in Old Hall Road, Chesterfield, on August 23. They found around 100 plants growing in different rooms and arrested Duong, of no fixed abode, at the scene.
