Four would-be burglars on the loose in Little Eaton

The men tried to break into a house on Eaton Bank on Wednesday afternoon but were unsuccessful and fled.

Officers were called at about 12.10pm and carried out a search of the area – including in woodland – in a bid to track down the offenders.

However, they were not found.
