A Derbyshire pervert was foiled by paedophile hunters after sending a girl he believed to be 14 a photo of his privates.

David Painter, 55, met the online decoy after trawling Facebook and Whatsapp, Chesterfield Magistrates Court heard.
Prosecutor Lynette Holland said Painter “clearly believed” the online alias to be 14 years old during their conversations between July and August last year.

Hide AdShe said: “The tenor of their conversations is that he would like to meet her to have sex.
"He also sends her a picture of his erect penis.”
Painter, of High Street, Riddings, Alfreton admitted attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
Magistrates ordered a pre-sentence report and sent the case to Derby Crown Court.
