The business was found guilty of failing to give information to police about the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. It was fined £660, ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £620 CPS costs.

He admitted driving without due care and attention. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution Services (CPS) costs. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Christopher Nathan London, 27, of Kingscleare Walk, Birdholme, Chesterfield.

He admitted driving without insurance. He was fined £221, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs and had his licence endorsed with six points. He admitted driving without an appropriate licence for which no further penalty was imposed.

Samuel George Lomas, 24, of Blueberry Close, Inkersall.

He admitted exceeding the 30mph speed limit. He was fined £123, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 CPS costs and had his licence endorsed with three points.

ASSAULT

Kyle Jacob Michael Mainwood, 22, of Woodstock Court, Flamstead Crescent, Chesterfield.

He was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. He was sent to prison for four months concurrent, was given a restraining order and was ordered to pay £200 compensation, £115 victim surcharge and £300 CPS costs. He was found guilty of damaging a door and was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Bruce Mycock, 19, of Sherwood Road, Buxton.

He admitted assaulting a female. He was given a community order with 80 hours unpaid work, was given a restraining order and was ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs. He admitted threatening to damage the female’s television by hitting or kicking it for which he was given a community order with 80 hours’ unpaid work. He admitted damaging a door to the value of £20 for which he was given a community order which includes 80 hours’ unpaid work.

Shaun Gerrard Gorman, 49, of Nottingham Road, Alfreton.

He admitted that he assaulted a paramedic by beating her. He was given a community order which includes rehabilitation activity requirement and 100 hours’ unpaid work and was ordered to pay £50 compensation, £100 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs.

DAMAGE

Luke Howell, 29, of Franklin Crescent, Whitwell.

He admitted damaging a door to the value of £200. He was fined £233, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs.

OTHER

Donna Terry Jennings, 40, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton.

She pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. She was fined £80 and was ordered to pay £60 costs.

Douglas Poyser, 57, of no fixed abode.

He pleaded guilty to breaching a domestic violence protection notice. He was fined £100 and was ordered to pay £225 CPS costs. He admitted that, as a relevant offender, he failed to inform police of a change of address within three days for which he was fined £80 and he was ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge.

THEFT

Steven John Partridge, 34, of Bower Farm Road, Old Whittington, Chesterfield.

He admitted that he stole items which were valued at £225 from JD Sports in Chesterfield. He was given a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and he was ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge.
