Latest coronavirus death figures released for Chesterfield Royal Hospital

No further coronavirus deaths have been announced by Chesterfield Royal Hospital, according to the latest NHS England figures released this afternoon.

A total of 123 people have sadly died with Covid-19 at the Royal.

The latest Government data shows there are now 2,306 confirmed cases of the virus in Derbyshire – 1,714 in Derbyshire county and 592 in Derby city.

In total, 39,728 people have died with coronavirus in hospitals, care homes and the wider community across the UK.
