New beauty salon set to open near Chesterfield town centre

Chesterfield Borough Council has given the go-ahead for the proposal on Boythorpe Road, which also includes a dropped kerb for off-street parking by customers.

Planning documents say the development is considered ‘to be a town centre use’ but would ‘serve local community needs and would unlikely to be attracting customers from further afield’.

The proposal has been given conditional planning permission.
