This fast and funny play is still very much of our time, as again we are hit by a cost of living crisis. Gaz and his mates are down on their luck and feel they have been thrown on the scrap heap, but they are determined to fight back and bare a little more than they ever thought they would have to. It’sa rollercoaster ride of ups and down, laughs and heartbreak, set against a 90s soundtrack.

This new production celebrates the 25th anniversary of the smash-hit film and will visit 25 venues around the country including Nottingham Theatre Royal from October 30 to November 4.

The Full Monty is a co-production between Buxton Opera House and Everyman Theatre Cheltenham.

Tickets for Buxton cost from £38. To book, go to www.buxtonoperahouse.org.uk or call 01298 72190.
