He will bring his latest work, The Essex Variant, to Sheffield City Hall on September 11 and Buxton on September 29, 2022.

Russell was hailed as The Guardian's Number 1 comedy performance to come out of 2020.

HIs chart-topping podcasts Man Baggage and BBC Radio 4’s Evil Genius have bagged awards. Russell’s credits include being the first comedian to achieve the most prestigious wins in the same year for the same show: The Dave's Edinburgh Comedy Awards (formerly The Perrier), and The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Award, (formerly known as the Barry Award).
