Haddon Hall's artisan market showcases country's wares
Makers and artisans from across the country will be displaying and selling their wares at Haddon Hall.
A Summer Artisan Market will be held from July 27 to 29, with stalls ranged along the wild flower meadow and Chapel Field as well as inside the cosy Garden Cottage.
New for this year will be a preview evening on Thursday, July 26, from 5pm to 8pm.
Opening times for the next three days will be from 10.30am to 5pm, with last entry at 4pm.
There will be a rich and varied array of produce on display for visitors to peruse at their leisure, ranging from bespoke jewellery by Dandelion Silver, to French textiles from Maison Bricante and meditation candles and yoga equipment from Bunnies and Zen.
Artisans will also be on display in a large marquee, with smaller pagoda style tents selling food and drink and specialist growers selling unique plants for the first time.
There will also be ‘have-a-go’ archery in the Chapel Field for visitors to practice and perfect their aim.
The British Legion will be creating a knitted poppy display along the hall’s driveway.
In addition to the events, visitors to Haddon Hall can also enjoy brunch, lunch and afternoon teas in the restaurant, and have the opportunity to browse a range of souvenirs, books, plants and artisan creation in the gift shop.
Entry to Haddon Hall includes a visit to the market. For those wishing only to visit the market, tickets are just £5.50.
Haddon Hall admission prices: adults £15.75, concessions £15, free admission for children under 15, students £15, parking £3 per car.
