PAUL Miro is to be the latest performer at the weekly Acoustic Wednesday slots at The Flowerpot in Derby.
The Derby-based singer-songwriter was, in the 1990s, the frontman and songwriter for rock outfit Apes, Pigs and Spacemen, but over the years, his style has evolved and these days his performance style of choice veers more towards the serene and the acoustic.
Admission to his performance, in the bar at the King Street venue, is free and it is expected to get under way at 9pm.
Acoustic Wednesdays sessions for the next few weeks will feature Woolley and Archer (January 18), Lil Jim and Hazel Scott (January 25), and then Woolley and Archer again on February 1.
