The Grand Central Chorus is set to team up with the EMUS for a concert next month.
No, the chorus has not had the bird, instead it is featuring with Erewash Musical Society Youth Group at the chorus show, which is to be held on Saturday, June 8.
The venue will be the Long Eaton Silver Prize Band Social Club, Salisbury Street, Long Eaton, NG10 1BA, and the concert will get under way at 7.30.pm.
In addition, there will be performances by the Chorus quartets.
These are The Grand Dads for the older members of the audience and Homespun, featuring a dad and his three lads, for the younger set.
Homespun recently won a bronze medal in the hard fought National Quartet Finals.
Doors open at 7pm.
Tickets are £5, children £3, and they are available from Bryan on 01159463803, by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or on the door.
There is a licensed bar so you are invited to come on down and try a different night out that will not break the bank, high quality at budget prices.
You can also join the chorus members singing in the bar after the show.
This is the last performance before Grand Central Chorus, who were British champions in 2012, head for Toronto at the end of June to represent the U.K. at the International Barbershop Convention.
