Find out all about the lost industries of Belper on a three-mile circular walk around the historic town on Tuesday, January 6, at 10am.
The walk will be led by a guide who is an expert in the area’s cotton-spinning past. It will visit sites which used to provide the bulk of the employment for the town’s population where walkers can hear their stories and see what has now become of them.
Walkers will be able to look at other facilities which employers provided for their workers. Price £10.
