André Rieu's hometown concerts screen live to Derbyshire cinemas.

One of the most popular acts in the world, the King of Waltz will be performing his hometown shows over the weekend of July 28 and 29.

Amore - My Tribute to Love’, is the renowned violinist’s tribute to his love for music, and his love for both of his families; his wife and children, and of course for his Johann Strauss Orchestra, who he has performed with for more than 30 years.

This concert follows on from the release of his album ‘Amore’ last year, which features his own versions of classic love songs from the worlds of popular and classical music.

Derbyshire cinemas which will be screening his concert on both days with the Saturday performance starting at 7pm and the Sunday screening at 4pm include Chesterfield Cineworld, Chesterfield Pomegranate, Derby’s Showcase Cinea de Lux (also screening on August 1 and 5 at 2pm), Derby Odeon, Showcase Derby at Foresters Park and The Ritz, Belper.

André Rieu - My Tribute to Love will be screened for one day only, July 28, at 7pm in The George Hotel, Tideswell.
