Reds waiting on re-arranged game

Alfreton Town have been drawn at home to either Gloucester City or Leyton Orient in the second round of the FA Cup.

The Gloucester v Orient first round tie was scheduled to be played on Sunday but was called off due to a waterlogged pitch at Cheltenham Town’s Whaddon Road ground, where Gloucester City play their home games.

The clubs are currently awaiting a new date for the game.

Gloucester City are 18th out of 22 teams in Blue Square Bet North while Leyton Orient are in 19th place out of 24 teams in League One.

The tie against the Reds is set to take place on Saturday, December 1, with a 3pm kick-off.
