Oli Pochciol starred with a brilliant hat-trick as Ripley Town beat Bargate Rovers 4-1 to maintain their 100 per start record in 2015.

Kicking up a steep slope against the wind the first half was always going to be tough and Ripley coped comfortably with early Bargate pressure.

Ripley took a 20th minute lead as leading scorer Lewis Parkin scored from close range.

Parkin then turned provider when his long throw was headed home by Oli pochciol as Ripley took charge.

The home side were reduced to 10 men as their captain headbutted Sam chambers.

The second half saw Town in total control and they went close on several occasions before Oli pochciol again scored with a cross shot.

Bargate then pulled a goal back with an excellent direct free-kick strike.

But Pochciol had the last word as he brilliantly directed another Lewis Parkin throw into the Bargate goal to give Ripley another fine victory.

The win moves them up to fourth in the league and on the fringes of the promotion places. This saturday Ripley travel to Stapleford Town.
