Autumn has definitely arrived at Carsington Fishery.
More mixed weather has made for a mixed week in the fishing with several anglers catching their full limit and yet other anglers finding it difficult to catch.
The rod average is still at a good level and as the water continues to be turned over with the recent wind, hopefully this will continue to increase. The fish are still generally being found over the deeper areas but noticeably some are starting to be caught nearer the shallow bay areas.
The rod average for last week was 2.08 with 52 fish caught by 25 anglers.
