A FREE range farm is inviting youngsters to come up with a fresh new logo for its products.
Foxgloves farm, in Rowsley, has created the art project, in which it is asking children from Rowsley Primary School to design a logo around the brand name ‘take nature home’.
Gaynor and Eric Lewis founded the farm in October last year.
Gaynor said: “We came up with the idea of running a competition for the children to design a logo for our boxes as we wanted to keep it simple, and sometimes adults can make things very complicated.”
The winner and two runner-ups of the contest will be chosen on Thursday and all the artwork will be shown at The Peak Barn deli in the Peak Village from Friday, March 30, until Friday, April 6.
Sally Raynor, who is hosting the exhibition, will be one of the judges.
Gallerytop director Gill Wilson and Natash Astara, chairman of Derbyshire Open Arts, have also both jumped at the chance to get involved and help select the winning entries.
