PUPILS, staff and parents at Brigg Infant School, in South Normanton, are celebrating after their school was praised in a report.
Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted) inspectors rated it a “good” school with strong leadership, adding that it cared well for its pupils and provided good lessons. It was also rated “good” in terms of its ability to keep on improving.
Ofsted advised the school to ensure all lessons had a consistent pace of learning and provided higher-attaining pupils with challenging work. Headteacher Isobel Martin said: “We are delighted with the findings of the Ofsted report.”
