Nicotine gum worth thousands stolen from lorry

A large amount of nicotine gum has been stolen from a lorry in South Normanton.

Sometime between midnight and 6.30am on Tuesday, February 23, thieves attacked a lorry parked in High View Road while the driver was asleep inside.

They forced open the back doors and took around seven pallets of boxes, thought to be worth thousands of pounds.

The thieves would have needed a vehicle to transport the boxes.
