Amber Valley MP Nigel Mills is hosting another jobs fair for his constituents.
The third Amber Valley Jobs Fair will be held at Ripley Leisure Centre between 10am and 4pm on Friday.
The fair will play host to more than 40 businesses and training providers with hundreds of vacancies for full-time, part-time, apprenticeships and training opportunities.
In addition, seminars will be available on the day, including guidance on CV writing, money management and job applications, as well as starting your own business and overcoming interview objections.
Mr Mills said: “The level of support we’ve seen from local businesses and training providers has been great – we’ve had more than 40 register to attend.
“My previous jobs fairs have been incredibly successful, with hundreds finding work as a result.
“I’d really recommend coming to anyone – whether you’re just starting out in the world of work or are looking for a new opportunity.”
The full list of businesses and organisations, and a voucher for half-price bus travel to the fair, are available at www.ambervalleyjobsfair.co.uk
Meanwhile, Chesterfield MP Toby Perkins is holding a jobs fair at the Assembly Rooms, upstairs at Chesterfield Market Hall, from 1pm on Friday.
Mr Perkins will open the fair with a short presentation and there will be a variety of organisations to meet during the afternoon.
