Moped men attack boys in Derbyshire village

Two men on a moped assaulted teenage boys in South Normanton.

Police are investigating.

At around 3.30pm on Saturday, July 21, three boys were approached by two men on a black moped near the junction of Coronation Drive and Princess Avenue.

A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Two of the boys were assaulted.

"The men made off with property including jewellery and a quantity of cash.

"One is described as wearing a dark grey or black tracksuit with the hood up. The other was wearing a dark hoody."
