No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to a community order of stealing products belonging to Live and Let Live One Stop Shop, on Charlotte Street, Ilkeston. Must pay £60 costs. Dealt with for the original offence of failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

Pleaded guilty to pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment by constantly sending text messages and turning up at an address. Committed to prison for nine weeks. Restraining order to last until June 7, 2020. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months imposed for a theft from a shop.
