Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, on Traffic Street, Derby, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood, namely ten microgrammes, exceeded the specified limit.
