Carol Booth, 52, of Hoole Street, Hasland, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Pleaded guilty to damaging a Range Rover. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and £400 compensation.

Wayne Stephen Eric Prescott, 25, of Common Lane, Pleasley Vale. Pleaded guilty to assault. Must pay £100 compensation and £200 costs. Found guilty of assault. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for one year with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. Pleaded guilty to damaging a car window. Must pay £110 compensation.

Sam Pears, 23, of Tranmere Avenue, Clay Cross. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Samantha Louise Brierley, 27, of Lilac Grove, Broadmeadows, South Normanton. Indicated a guilty plea to being concerned in the production of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £42.50 costs. Admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for possessing drugs. No action taken on the breach.
