Jamie Kyle Edson, 21, of Woodfield Road, Pinxton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty. Community order to last until June 23, 2017, with a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Fined £40 and must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Samanatha Louise O’Connor, 40, of Atkinson Mews, West Street, Eckington. Pleaded guilty to assault. Must pay £50 compensation. Pleaded guilty to damaging a glass panel door of a taxi office belonging to A Line Taxis. Must pay £100 compensation. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Glen Marcus Henry, 21, of Victory Avenue, Ripley. Found guilty of two counts of assault. Committed to prison for 24 weeks. Must pay £545 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £600 costs.

Connor Michael Brian Hosie, 20, of Woodside Avenue, Ripley. Found guilty of assault. Must pay £240 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £600 costs. Admits committing a further offence during a suspended sentence order for an offence of assault by beating. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original assault subject to the suspended sentence. Committed to detention in a young offenders’ institution for 24 weeks.

Michael Henry Barrett, 28, of Derby Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.8grammes of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. No separate penalty.

Toni Louise Jacques, 28, of Yarncliffe Close, Loundsley Green, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order to last until June 28, 2017 with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 60 hours of unpaid work. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vitalijus Sabanas, 28, of C/O Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to destroying a computer tablet valued at £89. Community order to last until June 28, 2017, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work.

Colin Steven Phillips, 38, of Park Lane, Pinxton. Indicated a guilty plea to producing a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Anthony James Moore, 35, of Brooklyn Drive, Brockwell, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £350 and must pay a £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for five years.

Jonathon Arnold Wootton, 61, of Uppertown, Ashover. Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. Fined £146 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without a test certificate. No separate penalty.

Noel Hartley, 57, of Lakeside Close, New Whittington, Chesterfield. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £481 and must pay a £48 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Wayne Stephen Eric Prescott, 25, of Common Lane, Pleasley Vale. Admits failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order in that he failed to perform the number of hours of work specified and failed to keep in touch with a responsible officer. Order to continue with suspended sentence for two offences of assault by beating varied to being committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for one year with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and unpaid work to continue.

Carl Pickford, 28, of Upper Marehay, Ripley. Found guilty of damaging a garden wall on Alfred Street, Ripley. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £50 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Daniel Lee Parkes, 39, of No Fixed Address. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Simon Eyre, 39, of Oak Bank Avenue, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to surrender to custody. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Committed to prison for ten days.

Lee Robert Newton, 35, of Belvedere Avenue, Walton, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Community order to last until December 28, 2017, with a Building Better Relationships programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Restraining order to last until December 28, 2017. Robert Kemp, 37, of Ridgeway, Langwith Junction. Admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order in that he has failed to perform work as directed. Order to continue. Suspended sentence for the offences of taking a vehicle without consent and harassment to be varied. Suspended sentence varied to being committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months with 70 hours of unpaid work and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement to continue.

Jack Thomas Singleton, 20, of James Street, Newbold, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to report to a relevant officer. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the suspended sentence including entering a dwelling as a trespasser and stealing a pair of trainers, assault, sending Facebook messages which conveyed a threat and damaged a door valued at £800. Sentenced to ten weeks of custody.

Martin Joseph Neil, 40, of Pear Tree Drive, Shirebrook. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka belonging to a Co-op Store, at Shirebrook. Fined £80 and must pay £13 compensation and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. No separate penalty.
