Dale Booth, 22, of Handbury Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to producing cannabis. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Kelvin Warman, 25, of Weston Avenue, Swanwick, Alfreton. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing one gramme of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Motoring

Duncan Rowland Couch, 23, of Canyon Meadow, Creswell. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £315 and must pay a £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Leon Simon Morris, 25, of St Augustine’s Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months with 180 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Proved under the Single Justice Procedure system that she failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Lucy Olivia Brown, 33, of Oakamoor Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend with an officer. Fined £120 and must pay £60 costs.

James Lee Hooper, 24, of Cauldon Drive, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with the responsible officer. Order to continue but varied with a Mental Health Treatment Requirement which must be completed by a new end date of May 7, 2019, with the original Mental Health Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement to continue. Fined £50 and must pay £60 costs.

Daniel James Kay, 32, of Devonshire Terrace, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with the responsible officer. Fined £50 and must pay £60 costs.

Matthew John Middleham, 30, of Cauldon Drive, Holmehall, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with the responsible officer. No adjudication. Must pay £60 costs. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the community order including damaging a kitchen window, damaging a bathroom window and contacting a specific person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 150 hours of unpaid work.

Leanna Jayne Wright, 30, of No fixed abode. Admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to attend with the supervising officer. Fined £50.

Leon James Aitken, 29, of Compton Street, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend Thinking Skills Programme sessions. No adjudication. Community order revoked. Must pay £60 costs. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the community order of using racially aggravated threatening behaviour. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol. Must pay £50.47 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months with a Building Better Relationships, a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 120 hours of unpaid work.
