Shane Alan Whitmore, 27, of Chigwell Way, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend with a probation officer. Suspended sentence imposed for failing to stop after a road accident and for failing to report a road accident varied to being committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Must also now comply with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and an original unpaid work requirement is to continue. Must pay £60 costs.

Kyle Warren Blane Divall, 24, of Hawdon Close, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.46grammes of MMB-Fubinaca, a class B drug. Detained in the court house as one day of detention deemed served. Admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to attend with a probation officer. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Craig Shaun Anthony Ball, 37, of No Fixed Abode. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to attend with a supervising officer. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Darren Ritchie, 30, of No Fixed Abode. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Community order revoked. Must pay £60 costs. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the community order of driving a van while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Indicated a guilty plea to entering a building as a trespasser, namely the Happy House Takeaway storeroom, and stealing food valued at £47. Must pay £52 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last until April 8, 2019, with a Thinking Skills Programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

Craig Lee Brewer, 20, of Malson Way, Newbold, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the community order of assault by beating. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for six months.

Conor William Cronin, 22, of Hollin Close, Dunstone, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Discharged conditionally for 24 months.

Abbie Heskett, 18, of No Fixed Abode. Pleaded guilty to two counts of being drunk and disorderly in public in Whitwell. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Brendon Lee Weaver, 23, of Sherwood Street, Bolsover. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with a probation officer. Order to continue but varied with 90 hours of unpaid work and the original Rehabilitation Activity Requirement is to continue. Must pay £60 costs.

Christopher Harry Lee Cheetham, 48, of Springbank Road, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to contacting and staying with a certain person which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Indicated a guilty plea to contacting and staying with the same person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Tracey Wendy Elizabeth Omri, 51, of West Street, Doe Lea, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a British Bulldog called Bianca which was dangerously out of control. Fined £120 and must pay £120 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a British Bulldog called Rambo which was dangerously out of control. No separate penalty. Ordered that the dogs be kept under proper control by being securely fitted with muzzles to prevent them biting any person, and they must be kept on leads and neither is to be allowed out of the house with another dog.

Steven Ashley Bennett, 24, of Charlesworth Street, Bolsover. Pleaded guilty to damaging a gate and door. Fined £80 and must pay £250 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Restraining order to last until October 11, 2018.

Andrew Roy Darnell, 35, of Featherbed Close, Shuttlewood. Pleaded guilty to damaging a window. No separate penalty. Must pay £20 compensation. Restraining order to last until April 11, 2020. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a camera. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Drugs

Richard Harry Musgrove, 38, of Talbot Crescent, Hasland, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.89grammes of MDMB-PINACA B, a controlled class B drug. Detained in the courthouse deemed as one day of detention served.

Giles Austin Callaghan, 40, of The Spinney, Ripley. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing cannabis, a controlled class B drug, with intent to supply. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last until August 14, 2018, with an 18 week curfew with electronic monitoring.

Assault

Kim Meadows, 28, of Hipley Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Found guilty of assault by beating. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Committed to prison for nine weeks suspended for 12 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Restraining order to last until April 9, 2020.

Adekunle Aladenika, 52, of Model Village, Creswell. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Fined £80 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

William Smith, 27, of Pathways, Saltergate, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Fined £40 and must pay £50 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Motoring

Samuel Scott Fowler, 23, of Forge Lane, Killamarsh. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Community order to last until April 10. 2019, with 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Admitted committing an offence during a suspended sentence order for the offences of burglary and causing criminal damage. Order to continue but amended by extending the operational period to 15 months.

Kieran Thomas Mather, 21, of Holland Road, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Graham Timothy Gardiner, 39, of Windsor Walk, Hasland, Chesterfield. Found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence when he was suspected of having attempted to drive a vehicle. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Community order to last until April 11, 2019, with 100 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for three years.

Theft

Jordan Paul Moore, 33, of Mercaston Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of Vermouth spirits belonging to Spar. Fined £120 and must pay £6 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Amy Lavender, 38, of Church Street, Waingroves, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to stealing items belonging to the Co-op. Must pay £93.56 compensation.
