Mansfield Magistrates Court.

Duane Parsons, 55, of Highfield Avenue, admitted failing to comply with the Section 35 order made on April 30.

Robert Carr, prosecuting, said the order was made after an incident at the Ram Inn on Mansfield Road.

Police officers spotted him trying to enter the Green Dragon pub and the Cheeky Monkey nightclub before he was arrested.

Parsons, who was not represented, told magistrates he had been attacked at The Ram Inn, but was sorry and ashamed to be in court.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.
