FOUR-YEAR-OLD Jack is desperate for a new owner.
He ended up at the RSPCA animal shelter after his owner could no longer look after him.
Staff at the shelter, who have appealed to News readers through our Rescue Me campaign to find Jack a new home, say he is a four-year-old bull terrier.
A spokeswoman for the centre in Abbey Street, Derby, said: “He is a very excitable chap and will needs lots of exercise.
“He adores being with people and will do anything for some fuss. His ideal home would be somewhere where he was the only pet and he would need to be re-homed with older children only.
“He is a very loving dog with lots of character and given the chance will make somebody a very loyal companion.”
