Ripley based rockers WhiteMoor play a starring role in a Live Aid-style charity Christmas single out in time for the big day.

Although maybe not as grandiose as Bob Geldoff’s 1984 number one hit Do they Know it’s Christmas - Belper-based record label Sound-Hub have released the festive Wham classic ‘Last Christmas’ in a bid to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The track has been re-worked and recorded by all of the artists and bands currently signed to the Sound-Hub label, which claims to be the fastest growing in the UK.

They are in order of appearance: I Set The Sea on Fire, Jasper in the Company of Others, the James Warner Prophecies, WhiteMoor, Joesph Hicklin, Three Minute Heist, Office Party and These Mortal Cities.

The song and video are released are available as a free download from WWW.SOUND-HUB.COM with a suggested donation to The British Heart Foundation of at least £1.

Last years Sound-Hub charity Christmas single raised over £1000 for Help For Homeless and we’re hopeful to match or even beat that total with this years offering.
