Fun day aids autism charity

Children shopping with their parents at Sainsbury’s Ripley store were treated to a weekend of fun activities as part of the store’s year-long drive to raise funds for local specialist autism charity, Autism East Midlands. The main entrance of the store was transformed by an inflatable ball pond, where children were encouraged to ‘hook a duck’ or fish for sea creatures. All the children taking part received a goody bag of Disney’s Frozen branded prizes donated by Sainsbury’s.
