Fritchley Primary School will be holding an open day next week on Wednesday 7th May for both current and prospective students and parents.
The open day is being hosted by the school’s new headmistress Karin Baker to highlight the continuing developments being made at the school.
In September last year Fritchley Primary School received a £10,000 lottery grant which enabled the school to provide outdoor facilities that redefined playtime and sporting opportunities.
The grant has allowed the school to install a trim trail, Bug farm, climbing wall, black board, benches and playground markings.
The open day will give parents a vital opportunity to see how the lottery money was used and how it will benefit their children.
It will begin on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm and will conclude at 4:30pm.
