Seltson Arts and Community College has welcomed a new headteacher to the top spot.

Worcester-born Kevin Gaiderman has taken over at the college from previous head Di Stendall and says he is relishing the challenges he faces in his new role.

The 47-year-old joins the college after five years as deputy head teacher at Bournside School & Sixth Form Centre in Cheltenham.

Mr Gaiderman said: “I am extremely heartened by the warm welcome and initial response I have received from both students and staff.”
