Daryl Stockton was reported missing earlier this week and could potentially be in the Bamford area.

The 39-year-old, of Warwickshire, is thought to have been driving a black Toyota Aygo with a red stripe over the top.

The vehicle's registration plate reads YS64 KGE.

Mr Stockton is white, about 6ft 2in and has very short, dark brown hair.

A Derbyshire police spokesman said: "Unfortunately we don't have a photograph of him at this moment in time but we'll issue one as soon as we have it.

"In the meantime, we want to hear from anyone who might have seen Mr Stockton's vehicle or recognises the description of him.

"If you can help, please call Derbyshire police on 101, quoting incident 397 of August 12."
