JAIL could be looming for a South Normanton man who twice went shoplifting while serving a suspended prison sentence.
Lee Millin received a one-year jail term, suspended for 18 months, for an attempted house burglary in 2009.
The suspension period was extended by six months earlier this year when he was convicted of thefts from shops.
He landed himself back in court by stealing satellite navigation systems from Tesco stores in Clay Cross on August 16 and Chesterfield on September 30. Millin, 29, of Market Street, South Normanton, admitted theft and breaching a suspended jail sentence when he appeared before Chesterfield magistrates on Wednesday.
Presiding magistrate Paul Beard committed Millin to be dealt with by a judge at Derby Crown Court.
