Thieves broke into a boiler room at Alfreton Town Football Club and ripped out copper piping to cause hundreds of pounds of damage.
The raid took place sometime between 8pm on Wednesday November 22 and 8am the following day.
The piping was ripped from the walls and ceilings of the room at the north end of the ground and caused water damage to the electrics.
Piping was also pulled away from an external wall causing a gas leak.
