In September, Loscoe Women’s Institute celebrated the centenary of the WI. Members decided to have a party for the occasion, including lots of bunting and tables set with flags and cakes.
A special guest, Pauline, was asked to host a keep fit session, which was then followed by open cut sandwiches and cakes with wine to wash it all down. A couple of toasts to the past and future of the Women’s Institute were proposed. A lovely evening was enjoyed by everyone.
