A GLUTEN-free baker has had two of his culinary creations short-listed for a national food award.
The Free From Food Awards celebrate the cream of the crop of gluten free chefs .
And Russ Johnson, from Ripley, and owner of Incognito Cakes, has two of his home-made treats short-listed for prizes.
Russ, 41, said: “Our cakes taste and look just like ‘real’ cake and being short-listed for the Free From Food Awards really shows the quality we are producing,”
Russ and the other Free From finalists will find out if they have won an award at a ceremony hosted by Antony Worrall Thompson, at The Museum of London Docklands on April 17.
