AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a car and a horse collided in Heanor.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on Sunday, February 19, between 11.30am and 11.39am in which a man on a chestnut coloured horse collided with a black Peugeot with a roof box on the one-way part of Burnthouse Road in Heanor.
It resulted in the car being damaged. The man riding the horse was wearing black body protection with a white and grey tee-shirt underneath.
