PEOPLE in Aldercar have launched a fight in a bid to stop a house being built on land off Cromford Road.
Mohammed Setayesh’s bid to build a four-bedroom detached house in the back garden of 291 was turned down by Amber Valley Borough Council’s planning board in September, 2011, to avoid a precedent being set that might lead to a double row of houses.
Now he has appealed to the Government’s Planning in a bid to get the decision overturned
Residents have until February 2 to write letters of objection. A decision is expected in April.
