Panto dame milks the laughs

Game for a laugh Philp Taylor will be milking the laughs - and the pantomime cow - when he takes on the role of Dame Trott in Jack and the Beanstalk.

Philip will be dressed to thrill in costumes made by his wife Viv when he steps out in the production staged by Hope Amateur Dramatic Independent Theatre (HADIT).

Jo Elliott is principal boy, Paul Archer plays evil Fleshcreep, Jon Haddock plays the Giant, Nick Williams is cast as King Cuthbert, Jennie Argent plays feisty Princess Jill, Tim Smallwood is Prime Minister and Eirlys Charlton plays Fairy Beansprout.

Performances are at the Methodist Hall, Edale Road, Hope from Wednesday, March 16, to Saturday, March 19, at 7.30 pm (doors open at 7pm).
