Acclaimed organist accompanies choir

Renowned organist Jonathan Scott will accompany Chesterfield Philharmonic Choir's spring concert.

His appearance at Chesterfield Parish Church on Saturday, April 9, follows his most recent performance at the Bridgewater Hall which was aired on Radio 3.

The choir will perform Haydn’s Nelson Mass and Gounod’s St Cecilia Mass in a concert featuring four soloists from the Royal Northern College of Music.

The concert starts at 7.30pm. Tickets £12 (adults), £10 (concessions), £5 f(16 years and under), from www.chestphilchoir.org.uk, Tourist Information Centre , choir members or on door.
