Children will be given plenty of opportunities to exert all of the summer energy in the fun-filled week, learning songs and routines from a variety of well-known West End and Broadway musicals.

The summer school is about getting young people, aged 8 – 16, involved in performing, regardless of experience and ability.

Participants will join other like-minded youngsters who love to sing, dance and act and work together to produce two performances in the Summer Musical Theatre Showcase, delivered to friends and family in a live audience on Saturday, August 20.

The Summer Musical Theatre Workshop will take place at Derby LIVE’s Guildhall Theatre from Monday, August 15 – Friday, August 19, from 9am – 5pm.
