Oddsocks tackle Bard’s tragedy

Shakespeare’s darkest tragedy is given the Oddsocks treatment as this hugely popular Derbyshire company return to Derby Theatre from June 21-25 with Macbeth.

Known for their uniquely hilarious interpretations of Britain’s most successful playwright’s work, the Oddsocks gang will have you rolling in the aisles, as well as chilling you to your very core.

Fresh from last year’s production of Midsummer Night’s Dream, Oddsocks are ready to bring all the most gruesome pieces of the Scottish play to life. Expect this battle against good and evil to be a physically exciting spectacle, complete with power-hungry rulers, mad wives, sword fights, wandering stilted witches, walking trees, music, dancing and lots of audience participation.

Tickets are £15 (concessions are £13) and are available by calling the box office on 01332 255800.
