THEre will be an evening of blues at The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, June 29.
On the bill will be Virgil And The Accelerators with what promises to be an entertaining set from this busy and popular band. Support on the night comes from the Ron Sayer Band.
Then, on Saturday, June 30, there’s an eagerly-awaited return visit for Too Rex, with their tribute to the wonderful world of Marc Bolan and T-Rex.
Expect highly accurate renditions of all of those classic T-Rex tracks including 20th Century Boy, Ride A White Swan, Jeepster and many more.
Then, on Wednesday, July 4, there’s the latest in the series of free acoustic Wednesdays sessions, in the bar at the King Street venue, from 9pm.
Performing an acoustic set will be popular purveyors of rock and blues Woolley and Archer.
Doors open for the other two gigs at 8pm and admission is £10 for Virgil And The Accelerators and £10 for Too Rex.
