Young dancers aged four to 13 will showcase their talents at a unique performance at Déda in Chapel Street on Saturday, July 6.
The young people will be performing a range of specially choreographed pieces on the theme of fairy tales and folklore.
The climax of the Once Upon a Time showcase will be a performance by Jump, Déda’s junior youth performance company.
More than 250 young people are involved in the Déda Academy – developing their creative skills on a weekly basis in a wide range of dance styles.
Déda dance development Manager Clare Limb said: “The ‘Once Upon a Time’ performance will be an energetic and exciting show featuring young dancers of all ages who will take this wonderful opportunity to showcase their talents.”
